Keef's Cards Return Policy
At Keef's Cards, we take pride in offering a curated selection of collectible cards. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges except under specific conditions outlined below.
Exceptions to the No Return Policy
We will consider returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
1. Incorrect Item Received
If you receive an item different from what you ordered:

Contact us at info@keefscards.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photos of the incorrect item and your order details.

Upon confirmation, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Note: Keef’s Cards is not responsible for damage caused during shipping. If the package was damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Pre-Orders

Release Date: Pre-ordered items will not be shipped before their official release date, which is stated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Time: Once the product is released, we will process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

No Cancellations: Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.
Undeliverable & Refused Orders

Orders returned to us due to incorrect address information are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Orders refused without prior authorization do not qualify for refunds under our No Returns policy.
Important Notes

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or insufficient address information.

Local Post Office: If your package is held at the local post office due to address issues, you must contact them directly to arrange delivery.
