Shipping Policy – Keef’s Cards Inc.

At Keef’s Cards, we are committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves on reliable shipping services and strive to deliver your order as quickly and securely as possible.

All orders are carefully packed to ensure items arrive safely. Please note that during long shipment journeys, minor cosmetic damage to product boxes may occur. Such cosmetic imperfections do not affect the condition of the cards inside.

By completing a purchase with Keef’s Cards Inc., you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 0–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST may be processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
  • If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once all items become available. Separate shipments may be requested but additional shipping charges will apply.
  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.

Note: Keef’s Cards Inc. is not responsible for courier delays, weather disruptions, customs processing times, or carrier service interruptions (including Express shipping services). Shipping speed estimates are not guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued for courier delays.


2. INSURANCE & LOST PACKAGES

  • All shipments include $100 of carrier insurance coverage by default.
  • Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is handed to the courier.
  • If a package is lost in transit (i.e., not marked as Delivered), the customer must file a claim directly with the courier to recover up to the insured value.

Keef’s Cards Inc. does not provide additional insurance coverage beyond the carrier’s standard protection.

If you wish to insure your order for its full value, optional shipping protection must be purchased at checkout. Orders shipped without additional protection are covered only up to the carrier’s $100 limit.

Keef’s Cards Inc. is not responsible for losses or damages exceeding this coverage amount.


3. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

All orders are securely packaged and sealed prior to courier pickup. Once accepted by the courier, responsibility for damage or tampering transfers to the carrier and customer.

If your order arrives damaged, opened, or with missing contents:

  1. Take clear photos of:
    • Outer packaging
    • Shipping label
    • Internal packaging and affected contents
  2. File a claim directly with the courier using the shipment insurance.

Keef’s Cards Inc. may provide supporting documentation but does not issue refunds, replacements, or store credits for courier-related damage, loss, or theft during transit.


4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES (MARKED AS DELIVERED)

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  • Check with neighbors or building management.
  • Contact your local post office or courier immediately.
  • Open an investigation with the carrier.
  • Report suspected theft to local authorities if necessary.

Keef’s Cards Inc. is not responsible for packages once marked as delivered. Customers are responsible for ensuring secure delivery arrangements.


5. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Keef’s Cards Inc. is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Orders returned due to incorrect address information will be subject to:

  • 20% restocking fee
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

6. UNDELIVERABLE & REFUSED ORDERS

Orders returned as undeliverable (including unclaimed shipments or incorrect addresses) will incur a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Orders refused by the customer without prior authorization are not eligible for refund under our No Returns policy.


7. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If an item becomes out of stock:

  • The order will be held until all items are available.
  • Partial shipments may be requested by contacting us; additional shipping charges may apply.

8. IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

All customs duties, taxes, import fees, and brokerage charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.

Keef’s Cards Inc. does not cover these charges under any circumstances.

Important for U.S. Customers (Effective August 29, 2025)

The United States has eliminated its $800 de minimis exemption. All shipments from Canada to the United States may now be subject to duties and taxes regardless of order value.

  • Duties and taxes must be paid to receive your package.
  • Customers are responsible for understanding their country’s customs regulations, import requirements, and applicable fees.
  • Customers must provide any documentation or information requested by customs authorities or carriers.
  • Keef’s Cards Inc. is not responsible for customs delays, additional charges, or processing issues.

Orders refused, denied, abandoned, or returned due to non-payment of duties/taxes or failure to provide required customs information will not be accepted back or refunded.


9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By placing an order with Keef’s Cards Inc., you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy and all terms outlined herein.
