At Keef's Cards, we are committed to excellence and the satisfaction of our customers. We take pride in offering reliable shipping services and assure you that we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible.
We strive to ensure all orders are packed securely and shipped promptly. However, by purchasing from us, you acknowledge that during long shipment journeys, boxes may experience minor cosmetic damages. Please rest assured that such damages do not affect the contents of the box or the condition of the cards inside.
We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to deliver your trading cards safely to you. By completing a purchase with Keef’s Cards, you agree to all terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
1. SHIPPING
- All orders are processed and shipped within 0–3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. High order volumes may result in slight delays, and we will notify you via email in such cases.
- If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item becomes available.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services.
International Shipments (Outside Canada):
For shipments using Small Packet™ International – Air, please note:
- This option does not include tracking or insurance.
- Shipping is entirely at the buyer's risk. Keef's Cards is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages shipped via this method, and no refunds will be issued for such cases.
2. DAMAGED GOODS DURING DELIVERY
Keef's Cards takes great care to package all items securely for shipping. However, once the courier takes possession of your order, we cannot be held responsible for damages that may occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly for assistance.
3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
- If you believe you've provided incorrect information, please contact us immediately.
- While we will do our best to update your order, we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been processed.
4. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
5. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Keef's Cards is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local authorities or the courier for assistance.
6. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
In the event an item is out of stock, Keef's Cards will hold your order until all items are available before dispatching.
7. IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
Customers are responsible for settling any import duties or taxes upon arrival in the destination country.
