Shipping Policy – Keef's Cards Inc.

 

At Keef's Cards, we are committed to excellence and the satisfaction of our customers. We take pride in offering reliable shipping services and assure you that we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible.

We strive to ensure all orders are packed securely and shipped promptly. However, by purchasing from us, you acknowledge that during long shipment journeys, boxes may experience minor cosmetic damages. Please rest assured that such damages do not affect the contents of the box or the condition of the cards inside.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to deliver your trading cards safely to you. By completing a purchase with Keef’s Cards, you agree to all terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.


1. SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 0–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once all items are available. If you prefer separate shipments, additional shipping fees may apply.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Keef’s Cards is not responsible for courier delays, weather disruptions, or customs processing times.

2. INSURANCE & LOST PACKAGES

  • All shipments automatically include $100 insurance coverage.

  • If your package is lost in transit (not marked as "Delivered"), you must file a claim with the courier to recover up to $100 of the package value.

  • Keef’s Cards is not responsible for lost packages beyond the $100 insurance coverage and does not offer additional insurance.

3. DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • We carefully package all orders, but Keef’s Cards is not responsible for any damage caused by the courier.

  • If your package arrives damaged:

    • Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and contents.

    • File a claim with the courier using the provided insurance.

    • Keef’s Cards can assist with claim documentation but will not issue refunds or replacements for courier-related damage.

4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES (MARKED AS DELIVERED)

  • If tracking shows your package as "Delivered", but you did not receive it:

    • Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.

    • Contact the courier immediately to open an investigation.

    • Report suspected theft to your local authorities.

  • Keef’s Cards is not responsible for stolen packages. Customers should ensure secure delivery locations.

5. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, Keef’s Cards is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages, and no refunds will be issued.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. UNDELIVERABLE & REFUSED ORDERS

  • Orders returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package will incur a 20% restocking fee, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Orders refused by the customer without prior authorization do not qualify for a refund under our No Returns policy.

7. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

  • If an item is out of stock, we will hold the order until all items are available. If you prefer a partial shipment, additional shipping charges may apply.

8. IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price.

9. ACCEPTANCE

By placing an order with Keef’s Cards, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
