Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy – Keef's Cards Inc.

At Keef’s Cards, we are committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. We pride ourselves on reliable shipping services and strive to get your order to you as quickly and securely as possible.

All orders are carefully packed to ensure your items arrive safely. Please note that during long shipment journeys, minor cosmetic damage to product boxes may occur. These do not affect the condition of the cards inside.

By completing a purchase with Keef’s Cards, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 0–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST may be processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once all items are available. If you prefer separate shipments, additional shipping charges will apply.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Note: Keef’s Cards is not responsible for courier delays, weather disruptions, or customs processing times including for Express shipping. If you select Express shipping and your package is delayed, no refunds will be issued.


2. INSURANCE & LOST PACKAGES

  • All shipments include $100 of insurance coverage by default.

  • If your package is lost in transit (i.e., not marked as “Delivered”), you must file a claim with the courier to recover up to $100 of the package value.

  • Keef’s Cards does not offer additional insurance and is not responsible for losses exceeding the standard coverage.


3. DAMAGED PACKAGES

We take care to package all orders securely. However, Keef’s Cards is not liable for damage caused by the courier.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the outer packaging and affected contents.

  • File a claim with the courier using the shipment insurance.

  • We can assist with documentation but do not offer refunds or replacements for courier-related damage.


4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES (MARKED AS DELIVERED)

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive your package:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.

  • Contact the courier to open an investigation.

  • If you suspect theft, report it to your local authorities.

Keef’s Cards is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please ensure secure delivery arrangements.


5. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.

  • Keef’s Cards is not responsible for misdelivered or lost packages due to incorrect address information.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. UNDELIVERABLE & REFUSED ORDERS

  • Orders returned as undeliverable (e.g. unclaimed or incorrect address) will incur a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

  • Orders refused by the customer without prior approval are not eligible for refund under our No Returns policy.


7. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If an item in your order is out of stock:

  • Your order will be held until all items are available.

  • To request a partial shipment, please contact us. Additional shipping charges may apply.


8. IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.


9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By placing an order with Keef’s Cards, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
