U.S. Duties & Taxes Information

To our U.S. customers,

Effective August 29, 2025, the United States will be eliminating its $800 de minimis exemption. This exemption previously allowed Canadian merchants, like us, to ship lower-value parcels into the U.S. without duties, taxes, or full customs clearance.

With this change, all shipments entering the U.S. from Canada will now be subject to review by border control agencies and may incur duties and taxes based on the order value.

• Duties and taxes must be paid in order to receive your package.

• If a shipment is denied and returned to us, additional fees may apply. Refunds for returned orders will be processed minus these fees (including shipping and any duties/taxes charged).
